Terms & Conditions:

• All wedding day services are done at location of client’s choice (client’s home, wedding venue etc.).

• All other services (trials, special occasion packages, etc.) are done at Phylicia's in-home studio in Monroeville unless otherwise agreed upon (travel fee applies).

• Due to a high volume of inquiries, weekend bookings require a minimum of the bride's services plus at least 4 other services for makeup OR hair. This applies to ALL out of town weddings, too.

• A non-refundable retainer of $50 is due upon booking on all contracts.

• $40/hr travel fee applies for events outside of 10 mile travel radius of zip code 15146.

• Early morning fees may apply if needed to be on-site before 7 a.m.
